Working out isn’t working out?
Delivered for the 2019 January fitness drive, Pay As U Gym kick starts the new year with a ‘punchy’ TVC.
Working intimately with Armoury London’s Jack Laurance and Shimmy Ahmed, Pickled online finished and crafted the commercial, delivering for social and broadcast.
The creative brief had a thirst for burning embers, flickering fluorescents and fire.
Utilising Autodesk’s Flame to conform to the raw rushes Pickled set out to complete beauty work and set extensions, adding flaming punch bags and 3D fluorescent light tunnel animations.
Making for swift and effective feedback, the VFX pipeline took no punches. Dailies were presented to Armoury’s Laurance via the cloud and fed-back via conferencing and screen share.
Pickled provided Clearcast viewing files throughout the online process. With fast cuts and repeating patterns, a Harding test warned, but Pickled’s experience provided resolution and with final creative and Copy Central approval the TVC was set to air.
Pickled delivered the TVC via Honeycomb which air’s throughout the fitness industries most lucrative period.
